Shops offering Summum Woman products all have their own purchasing policy. This can mean that the selection in the shops may differ from the Summum Woman Online Store.

The collection changes 6 times per year. The range on offer in the online store is renewed regularly.

5. What are the clothing sizes like at Summum Woman?
For information on sizing we refer you to our size chart, which you can also find on the product details pages.
6. I would like more information about the care instructions for an article.
You will find the washing instructions on the ordered article’s label. If you have prior questions about it, please contact the customer service.
7. I would like to order an item online, but how does the Summum Woman Online Store work?
Once you have selected an article, choose the desired colour, size and amount. Then place the item in your shopping bag with one click. Note: placing an item in your shopping bag does not mean that you have reserved the item. You are only certain of an article once the payment is complete. When you are finished shopping, click on the shopping bag. You see an overview of your order and can make changes if you so wish.
8. Are there extra costs regarding ordering from the online shop?
For delivery to addresses in the Netherlands: shipping is free for orders of €149.95 or more. For orders of less than this amount, we charge €2.95 for shipping. For the list of EU1, EU2 and EU3 countries, click here.
9. I live abroad but would like to order from the online shop. Can I?
For the time being, it is only possible to deliver a shipment within the Netherlands.
Delivery & Returns
10. Can I choose where my order is delivered?
It is possible to choose a different delivery address to the billing address if you wish to pick up the order at a different address. For example:
11. How soon can I expect my order?
You can expect your order at the address you indicated in the Netherlands within approximately 2 business days of receipt of your payment. Shipments to addresses outside of the Netherlands will take longer.
12. I am often not home during the day. What happens to the delivery of my order in this case?
When placing your order, you can opt to have your order delivered somewhere else, for example, at your work. You can also choose to have it delivered to a PostNL delivery point of your choice. If you opt to have it delivered to your door and you are not home, PostNL will try to deliver your order one more time. PostNL may leave your package with a neighbour if you are not home. In this case, PostNL will leave a note for you in your postbox.
13. I placed an order a while ago but it has still not arrived.
It may be that you have received an order confirmation but that we did not receive the payment. If we do not receive the payment within seven days of receipt of the order, then we cancel the order. Check first that the payment has been debited from your account. If you have indeed paid and the delivery time is longer than indicated on the order confirmation, then send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
14. I have only received part of my order. Why is that and is there something I should do about it?
If you ordered several items with different delivery times, then it may be that you will receive the order in separate shipments. You can see this on the invoice enclosed with the received package. It shows the articles that you ordered at the same time, but that are still to be delivered, mentioned separately. You do not pay extra shipping costs. If it states on the invoice that an article that you have not received has been delivered, then send an e-mail to email@example.com.
15. Can I return items and how does this work?
You have the right to return purchases, without giving a reason, to Summum within fourteen days of receipt. Simply send the returns to us in the original packaging using the preprinted label. Always enclose the completed returns form so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible. You can deposit the package at a PostNL post office or delivery point. Postage is not required. Remember to keep the post office receipt in a safe place as this is your proof of postage. This can be used to trace your package if there is a delay. We confirm by e-mail as soon as we receive your returned order.
You can only return articles that were purchased from the Summum Woman Webshop. The article must be returned undamaged, unworn, with original tags attached and in appropriate packaging.
16. When can I expect to see the refund appear on my account?
Our returns procedure begins as soon as you return a product. We send you confirmation if we receive your undamaged, unworn item with original tags attached in appropriate packaging. We refund your money within 30 days.
17. I don’t have online banking or a credit card and I can not use iDeal. Can I still order?
In case you have a Dutch bank account you can choose to pay with acceptgiro. You will receive an acceptgiro after receiving your order. It needs to be payed within 14 days. If you do not have a dutch bank account please contact our customer service via E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or via T: +31 20 26 22 800 (during office hours).
17. I have forgotten my login details for the online shop.
You can login at the same moment that you place an order. If you have placed an order before then the system automatically recognises you (if you use the same computer). So you do not have to fill in all your details every time you visit. If you arrive at the checkout and have forgotten your password, just click 'forgot password' on the login screen. We automatically send a new password to the e-mail address you registered with.
