Summum Woman ships to addresses in NL, EU1, EU2 and EU3 countries. Unfortunately, delivery to countries outside of Europe is not possible at this time.

Orders placed before 16:00 on a week day are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the Monday.
Orders (if in stock) with a shipping address in the Netherlands are delivered within 1 - 2 working days after dispatch by PostNL package service.
PostNL delivers your order to your door. If you are not at home, PostNL will try again the next day (also on a Saturday).
If you are not at home on two consecutive days, then you have three weeks to pick up your package at a PostNL post office or delivery point in your area.
Not at home during the day? Don’t worry. All you have to do is enter another address at checkout (for example, your work address) and we will send your order there. Note: we do not deliver to a PO box.
For delivery to addresses in the Netherlands: shipping is free for orders of €149.95 or more. For orders of less than this amount, we charge €2.95 for shipping.
For delivery to addresses outside of the Netherlands: shipping is free for orders of €199.95 or more. For orders of less than this amount, we charge €10,00 (EU1), €15.95 (EU2) and €25.95 (EU3).

Exchange & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you or you can simply return it for a refund. You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour and/or size, for example, then return the item and indicate the colour and/or size that you would like to receive on the return form.
We will then send you this article free of charge. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, then send the item back together with the completed return form.
Items must be returned new, unused and unworn with all original tags and labels attached (you may, of course, try on the article). Damaged or soiled articles are not accepted.
Items that were not purchased on our website can not be exchanged or refunded.

You can not claim warranty where there is normal wear and tear, damage by intent or negligence, or damage caused by lack of proper observance of the handling and/or washing instructions.
To return an item, simply post the article back to us in its original packaging using the preprinted return label. Always enclose the completed return form with your package so that we can process your return item as quickly as possible.

Postage is not required. Remember to keep the post office receipt in a safe place as this is your proof of postage. This can be used to trace your package if there is a delay. We confirm by e-mail as soon as we receive your returned order.
If you can not find the preprinted return label with your order, then please use the freepost address below for your return package.
Always include the completed return form so that we can process your return item as quickly as possible.

Costs of returns
There are costs associated with returning an item. For postage within the Netherlands you will pay €1.95. For postage from abroad you will pay €5.95 (EU1), €11.95 (EU2) and €25.95 (EU3).

We make a full refund to you as soon as possible and within 30 days after we receive your returned item . We make the refund by the following means:
· Ideal: the amount is repaid to your account
· Credit card: the amount is repaid to your credit card
· Acceptgiro: the amount is repaid to your account
