If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, then send the item back together with the completed return form. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned new, unused and unworn with all original tags and labels attached (you may, of course, try on the article). Damaged or soiled articles are not accepted. Items that were not purchased on our website can not be exchanged or refunded.

You can not claim warranty where there is normal wear and tear, damage by intent or negligence, or damage caused by lack of proper observance of the handling and/or washing instructions.
To return an item, simply post the article back to us in its original packaging using the preprinted return label. Always enclose the completed return form with your package so that we can process your return item as quickly as possible.
You can deposit the package at a post office. Remember to keep the post office receipt in a safe place as this is your proof of postage. This can be used to trace your package if there is a delay. We confirm by e-mail as soon as we receive your returned order.

Costs of returns
There are costs associated with returning an item. For postage within the Netherlands you will pay €1.95. For postage from abroad you will pay €5.95 (EU1), €11.95 (EU2) and €25.95 (EU3).

We make a full refund to you as soon as possible and within 30 days after we receive your returned item . We make the refund by the following means:
· Ideal: the amount is repaid to your account
· Credit card: the amount is repaid to your credit card
· Acceptgiro: the amount is repaid to your account
