Shipping - Returns

All orders placed on workdays before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day *except Mondays.

Shipping costs vary per zone. More information about the different zones can be found below. All packages in the EU are delivered with GLS. Other countries are delivered with DHL.

We process your order quite quickly. For this reason, we cannot change or cancel your order after you have placed it. If you change your mind, you can easily return your order in our returns portal within 14 days of receipt. Scroll further down to find more information about return rates.

Please note: if you order and want it delivered in a non-European country such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, import costs may apply. We do not charge Dutch VAT on these orders.
